Our Returns Policy

John Lawson Distributors Ltd - Returns

We will generally accept returns of any standard stock item(s) from a customer, if ordered in error or no longer required.

The item(s) must be in their original packaging and be unused. 

Prior consent from John Lawson Distributors Ltd must be agreed before items are returned to us.

Generally we issue a full credit, but some returns may be subject to a re-stocking charge.

Non- standard or specially ordered in items can only be accepted provided we can return these to our suppliers, and will be subject to handling charges as specified by our suppliers, and would be subject to any additional costs that are incurred by us.
